The most effective way to hide from birds is to use a blind, and every wildlife photographer should have at least one. I've had birds come so close to me while I was hiding in a blind that I couldn't focus my telephoto lens on them.

- Construct the floor of the hide and support frame (if required).
- Build the front panel.
- Build the back panel and door.

What is a photo blind?
A photography blind (also known as a “hide”) is a small structure that conceals a photographer from the outside world.
How do you take care of a blind bird?
