Directions:

1. Fry the chouriço in large frying pan with the olive oil.
2. Add the chopped onion and stir until the onions become translucent.
3. Add cabbage, salt and pepper taste, and stir until all cabbage is coated.
4. Cover and cook over low heat until cabbage is tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.
5. Serve while hot.
